The location of the hotel is unique!! Also this is a historical building with beautiful atmosphere and surroundings. The room they gave us was huge with high ceilings and beautiful windows looking at the lake. I hope to return soon

The location is very good, almost next to West Lake where we took morning walks. Nearby there are eateries and convenience shops. The staff were very helpful to advise on places of interest and how to get there.

Located in a quiet area of the West Lake and steps away from the Su and Yanggong Causeways, and directly below a hiking trail up the hills behind: this is a very romantic location. Hotel breakfast was excellent and there are also reasonable shops and restaurants nearby.

Staff was helpful. I was trying to organise a birthday party for one of the group. Came out quite well. The rooms are clean and well kept, but needs updating.

For those who like to walk into the most beautiful West Lake lakeside parks, there is no other hotel in Hangzhou that has a better location than this one. The staff, especially the reception staff are very friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast is great.

The front desk and concierge staff are exceptional. On his personal time, a member of the concierge team went to the rail station and purchased a ticket on my behalf. Fabulou!

Great location right across the West Lake and next to the Yue Fei Temple, as well as some nice little restaurants and convenience stores. This hotel is a bit old but still very clean, the service is also perfect, if you need something the staff was really helpful. We also really loved the lunch buffet (which you have to purchase separately).
